Description
The race winning TTX18 damping from our DH38 Race Fork has been reworked to bring its renowned levels of traction and control for use on the trail and enduro circuit. The TTX18 cartridge kit features a trail-optimized 18mm piston that now adds ultra-sensitive tracking over small bumps to the superbly capable package.
With increased damping pressure bandwidth, the damping valve response and sensitivity greatly exceeds our original RXF36 fork to give unrivalled traction control and ultra-consistent, ground-hugging performance over the longest runs – no matter how tough the trail gets.
Basic set-up of the RXF36 m.2 fork is simple to dial in. Once complete, you’ll immediately appreciate the super-plush feel that gives outstanding levels of comfort over long demanding rides and maintains momentum over root and rock-strewn trails – allowing you to stay completely in tune with your bike. The RXF36 m.2’s superb levels of confidence inspiring traction and control will encourage you to push your bike harder than ever before.
The RXF36 m.2’s adjustment range is specifically designed for tough trails and enduro races, giving 15 clicks of low-speed compression and low-speed rebound for total suspension control. For high-speed compression, you get three clicks plus a climb mode setting. Clicker dials make for easy on-the-fly, tool-free adjustments.
The coil spring system is adjustable to give between 120 to 170mm of travel. Our cartridge-based system easily allows you to change between coil and air springs – using only simple tools in just a few minutes. Owners of older RXF36 forks with TTX22 and STX22 dampers can also easily upgrade to our TTX18 cartridge.
Our cutting-edge heat treatments and materials allow us to stress our spring coils harder without damage, meaning we can build them stronger and lighter. Six interchangeable spring rates are available, allowing riders to perfectly tune their suspension and even adjust the travel without any fuss.
Improved tire clearance enables you to run up to a whopping 27.5 x 2.8. This ability to run large volume tires combined with the super-stiff chassis makes the RXF36 m.2 a great choice for e-bikes as well as pedal powered machines.
Just like every product fitted with TTX damping technology, the RXF36 m.2 has a race-proven settings bank giving access to a huge range of options for tuning the damper to suit any specific rider, bike or riding style.

Servicing & Support
Regular and effective maintenance is the key to maintaining the optimum function and performance of your Öhlins suspension forks and shocks. Öhlins products can be serviced at any authorized service center and basic service can be performed by riders with intermediate mechanical skills, using commonly owned tools.
